he managed the projects of Luxurious remodeling of homes. His sold transactions range from a beach home listed
for $4.4 million to REO, short sales, investment and standard buy-sell-lease-manage properties in Southern
California.

Yatish's management experience includes running business units/corporations as a vice president of marketing &
sales in information technology industry for 10 years. As a director and member of the executive committees of the
community/non-profit organizations, he coordinated with the law makers in USA and India. He has written many
articles of community interest in newspapers. Yatish has traveled to 21+ countries throughout Europe, Asia, Pacific,
USA and India on professional/business assignments.
Education:
As a pre-bar candidate, Yatish had the privilege of being mentored by the prominent attorneys in the real estate and
property valuation fields at the largest full service law firm head-quartered in Orange County. He earned a degree in
law (equivalent to JD) and a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from University of Delhi,
India. He also completed his three years Chartered Accountancy (CPA) study program and gained the real-world
aiding experience at a prestigious CPA firm.
Yatish and his family maintain their residence in Anaheim Hills area for the last over 30 years. His kids graduated
from the local prestigious schools and universities. Yatish enjoys meeting people, hiking, growing fruit trees, reading,
traveling, mentoring and being mentored. He thanks the Universe for its blessings every day and contributes back to
